LONDON, December 5, 2025 – Proskauer advised the financing sources involved in Platinum Equity’s acquisitions of Solo Group, a France-headquartered pan-European supplier of corporate marketing goods, and XD Connects, a Dutch designer and supplier of corporate gifts.
The syndicated financing transaction involved a Euro600 million term loan B and a Euro130 million revolving credit facility. Platinum Equity, a global investment firm based in Los Angeles, California, first agreed to acquire Solo Group and then to acquire XD Connects as an add-on.
