Iqra Bawany is a Leveraged Finance associate and a member of the Global Finance practice.
Iqra has experience representing private credit funds and banks alongside private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers in a wide range of direct lending and leveraged finance transactions.
Prior to joining Proskauer, Iqra worked for a leading international law firm in New York.
