A prominent corporate lawyer with significant cross-border expertise, Sylvain will further enhance Proskauer’s private equity offering in London and its growing international presence.
Sylvain’s practice focuses on advising private equity sponsors, funds, financial institutions and corporates on cross-border M&A transactions involving both listed and unlisted companies. He is also experienced in advising on capital raisings, leveraged finance transactions, high yield bond offerings, Term Loan B and special situations across Europe. Sylvain is consistently recognized as a leading lawyer by third party publications including Private Equity News who recognized him in its Top 10 Private Equity EMEA lawyers 2023 list.
