John brings over 20 years of highly specialized experience in structured finance, with a focus on collateralized loan obligations (CLOs).
John advises CLO managers on all aspects of the life cycle of a CLO issuance, from platform structuring and set up, through new issue deals, reissues and refinancings, and exits and consolidation. He also advises on restructurings and other asset workouts.
