NEW YORK, May 29, 2025 – Proskauer, a leading international law firm, announced today that it represented the sales agents and forward purchasers in the SEC-registered at-the-market offering by Equity Residential (NYSE:EQR) (the “Company”) of 13,000,000 Common Shares to be sold from time-to-time in “at the market” offerings or certain other transactions.
In addition, the Company may enter into forward sale agreements pursuant to master forward sale confirmations and related supplemental confirmations with each forward purchaser or its affiliates. The Common Shares are listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “EQR.”
