LONDON, June 18, 2025 – Leading international law firm Proskauer announced today that it advised HSQ Investment Limited (“HSQ”) on its unconditional cash offer for the remaining shares in Kingswood Holdings Limited (“Kingswood”) as well as Kingswood’s subsequent agreement to combine its U.K. and Ireland businesses with Mattioli Woods, a specialist wealth and asset management business. The merger is subject to customary regulatory change in control approvals.
HSQ is a wholly owned indirect subsidiary of funds managed and/or advised by Pollen Street Capital Limited (“Pollen Street”). Proskauer also advised Pollen Street on its initial investment in Kingswood in September 2019.
