Elliott advises private equity and venture capital firms, companies, and management teams on a wide range of corporate transactions, including private acquisitions and disposals, leveraged buyouts, growth and minority investments, co-investments, secondary buyouts and reorganisations.

Elliott has experience in both domestic and international transactions across a range of sectors including financial services, technology, sport and real estate.
