BOSTON, August 6, 2025 – Proskauer advised CRV on the first and final closing of its latest fund, CRV XX, LP (“CRV XX” or the “Fund”). The Fund was oversubscribed and closed on its cap of $750 million in LP commitments.
CRV is a venture capital firm that invests in early-stage tech startups. Since its founding in 1970, the firm has invested in more than 750 startups at their most crucial stages. CRV XX will be devoted to leading early stage and Series A rounds in foundational companies.
