EJ Lee is an associate in the Tax Department and a member of the Private Funds Group. EJ earned her J.D. from Harvard Law School, where she was Academic and Professional Chair of Harvard Asia Law Society.
Following graduation from law school and prior to obtaining her LL.M. in Taxation at New York University School of Law where she was awarded M. Carr Ferguson scholarship, she worked at another leading international firm advising various U.S. and European sponsors and institutional investors in the formation of, and investments in, venture capital and private equity funds.
