LONDON, September 30, 2025 – Proskauer advised the financing sources on the offering of €600 million of 8.00% senior secured notes due 2031 by evoke plc, a leading global betting and gaming company. The firm also advised lenders on a €200 million super-senior revolving credit facility.
The notes were issued by 888 Acquisitions Limited, with the proceeds of the offering used to refinance existing indebtedness. The issuer’s parent, evoke plc, is publicly listed on the London Stock Exchange.
