NEW YORK, September 29, 2025 – Proskauer has added Boris Dolgonos as a partner in its Capital Markets practice in New York. Boris brings decades of experience advising issuers and underwriters on equity and debt financing transactions across global markets.
His work spans IPOs, high-yield and investment-grade offerings, leveraged buyouts, cross-border securities transactions, and private placements. Boris advises U.S. and international companies, investment banks, financial institutions, and sovereign entities across a variety of industries on corporate governance, securities laws, stock exchange regulations, and ongoing reporting obligations.
