Boris Dolgonos

Boris Dolgonos is a partner in the Corporate department and a member of the Firm’s Capital Markets Group, where he concentrates his practice on advising issuers and underwriters on equity and debt financing transactions across global markets.

Boris offers extensive knowledge of IPOs, high-yield and investment-grade offerings, leveraged buyouts, cross-border securities transactions, and private placements. With more than 25 years of experience, Boris advises U.S. and international companies, investment banks, financial institutions, and sovereign entities across a variety of industries on corporate governance, securities laws, stock exchange regulations, and ongoing reporting obligations. 

Boris was a member of the Virginia Law Review while pursuing his J.D., and later served as a law clerk to Judge Robert Smith Gawthrop III of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania from 1995 to 1996.

Beyond his practice, Boris serves as Chair of the Board of Directors of Silkroad, a musical organization founded by Yo-Yo Ma, that seeks to bridge cultural differences through music. Boris also sits on the Board of Directors of the International Senior Lawyers Project.
