It will explore marketing under National Private Placement Regimes, establishing EU AIFs with EU AIFMs to obtain an AIFMD passport, reverse solicitation rules and distribution solutions to market to EEA investors including establishing an EU authorised firm or tied agent, secondment and chaperone arrangements and appointing a placement agent with an EEA firm.
