June 13, 2017 (NEW YORK) – Proskauer received the Corporate Strategic Deal of the Year award in two categories at M&A Advisor’s 9th Annual International M&A Awards Gala.
The Firm won the over-$1-billion Corporate Strategic Deal of the Year for representing Pacific Exploration & Production Corporation in its $5.5 billion restructuring. In addition, the Firm was recognized for Corporate Strategic Deal of the Year in the $100 million to $250 million category for representing North Haven Credit Partners II LP in its secured note purchase agreements to support future growth at GATE Holdings, LLC and its subsidiaries.
