LONDON, October 1, 2025 – Proskauer has been named “Legal Advisor of the Year (Funds)” at this year’s Mergermarket British Private Equity Awards highlighting its achievements as a market leader in private funds work.
The awards showcase innovation and excellence within the UK private equity industry and winners are selected through a combination of public voting and input from a judging panel.
This is the fourth year that Proskauer has won this award, having won it in 2019, 2020 and 2023.
