With deep experience spanning cross-border and domestic financial restructurings, special situations funding, and complex direct loans, Clare will work alongside Proskauer’s rapidly expanding Global Finance practice.
A well-established credit-focused restructuring expert, Clare’s arrival will bolster the Firm’s restructuring and special situations credentials in London and further strengthen the Firm’s Global Finance practice.
