LONDON, May 20, 2024 – Proskauer, a leading international law firm, today announced that it has advised Andreas Karlsson, CEO of Sticks’n’Sushi, on his reinvestment and management incentive arrangements following the acquisition of the Group by McWin Capital Partners.
Founded in Denmark in 1994, the chain has gone from being a family-run business to a multinational business now present in 3 countries with 27 restaurants. Under the new ownership, Sticks’n’Sushi expects to accelerate its expansion in both new and existing markets over the next five years with opportunities arising in France, Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
