LONDON, June 20, 2024 - Proskauer, a leading international law firm, announced today that it advised funds managed by Pemberton Asset Management in its role as senior secured lender to Fletchers Solicitors to refinance the acquisition of the Group and various add-on acquisitions by the sponsor Sun Capital Partners.
Proskauer previously advised Pemberton Asset Management on the financing of Charterhouse Capital Partners’ acquisition of Two Circles, a prominent data-driven sports marketing company.
The Proskauer team was led by partner Harriet West and included associate Zoe Zimmermann (Private Credit). The team also included partner Stephen Pevsner and associate David Ward (Tax).
