PARIS, November 5, 2024 – Proskauer, a leading international law firm, today announced that is has advised Marvesting, a company specializing in operational marketing, and its majority shareholder, Alpha Private Equity, on the acquisition of Winchannel in Spain and Portugal.
This acquisition marks an important step in the group’s international growth strategy. It is the fourth international acquisition since Alpha Private Equity, a Luxembourg-based investment fund, took control of the company two years ago. Marvesting is now present in 13 European countries and, by combining all Field Marketing services, offers its clients a wide range of innovative omnichannel solutions.
Proskauer previously advised Marvesting, and its majority shareholder, Alpha Private Equity, on the acquisition of Stellar Global, a British company specializing in customer experience.
