PARIS, September 18, 2024 – Proskauer, a leading international law firm announced today that it advised Groupe Premium, a leader in the wealth management sector, on its acquisition of Haenggi & Associés (“Haenggi”). Haenggi is a renowned wealth management firm in the Grand Est region reputed for its cutting-edge expertise and personalized customer support. The strategic operation is part of Groupe Premium’s efforts to strengthen its Premium CGP division while consolidating its positions in a dynamic region with strong development potential.
Haenggi has established itself as a key player in Strasbourg, Mulhouse, Metz and Reims by supporting numerous clients in the management and optimization of their assets. The firm has around twenty employees and manages €640 million in outstanding assets.
The integration will allow Groupe Premium to respond even better to the wealth management and investment needs of its local clients. It will also allow Groupe Premium to advance its national development plan, a major platform of which is strengthening the territorial network of its Premium CGP division. The new establishment in the east of France marks a decisive step in this strategy.
Groupe Premium is a longtime client of Proskauer’s Paris team and the Firm has advised the company on several transactions. including its recent acquisition of Neolife. The Proskauer team advising Groupe Premium on its acquisition of Haenggi was led by partner Jeremy Scemama and associates Aurélie Briquet and Mohamed Kettani (M&A).
