PARIS, September 23, 2024 – Proskauer, a leading international law firm announced today that it advised Groupe Premium, a leader in the wealth management sector, on its acquisition of family office Agami, a recognized leader in providing support for wealthy families and tailor-made wealth management services. The acquisition marks an important step in Groupe Premium’s development strategy and will strengthen its efforts to support high-net-worth individuals.
Agami will work closely with Leone Kapital, Groupe Premium’s multi-family office platform, to offer clients expertise in the full range of wealth management issues facing entrepreneurs and their families. This merger combines the expertise of Leone Kapital in all the wealth issues of entrepreneurs and their families with that of Agami in high-level wealth management support.
