Proskauer advised Alpha Private Equity on entering into an exclusivity agreement to sell its controlling stake in Feu Vert, a leading automotive maintenance and after-sales services retailer, to Bassac.
Founded in 1972, Feu Vert is the second-largest automotive maintenance network in France and also operates in Spain and Portugal. The company combines maintenance and repair services with the sale of parts and accessories. For its most recent full fiscal year (2024–2025), the group generated revenue of €663 million.
The acquisition is expected to be finalized in the first quarter of 2026, subject to obtaining the required regulatory approvals.
This project will be subject to the mandatory information and consultation process with Feu Vert’s employee representative bodies and staff.
