NEW YORK, November 14, 2025 – Proskauer is proud to announce that partners Charles (“Chip”) Parsons, Bradley (“Brad”) Ruskin and Michael (“Mike”) Suppappola have been named three of Law360’s 2025 MVPs in Fund Formation, Sports & Betting and Private Equity, respectively. Each year, Law360 honors attorneys who had the biggest wins and made the most significant contributions, from high-stakes litigation to record-breaking deals and complex global matters.

Chip has been integral to the development of Proskauer’s credit fund formation platform and serves as the lead funds partner for sponsors on credit funds across various sectors and return profiles. Notably, he advises Ares Management Corporation on a number of its credit fund strategies, including Ares Senior Direct Lending Fund III, which exceeded its initial target of $10.0 billion, closing with total equity commitments of approximately $15.3 billion and a total capital base of $33.6 billion (including equity commitments in related vehicles and anticipated leverage).
