LONDON, June 2, 2025 – Leading international law firm Proskauer is pleased to announce that partner Alex Griffith has been named in Private Equity News’ Twenty Most Influential in Private Credit list for 2025.
Alex was one of only two lawyers named in the list which otherwise includes some of the most senior leaders at the largest credit funds in the European market.
Alex is a Private Credit partner in the Global Finance practice and Private Capital group. He advises on private credit and debt finance, including senior, mezzanine, second lien, and unitranche deals. His broad experience spans refinancings, buyouts, recapitalizations, acquisitions, restructurings, public-to-private takeovers, and other innovative private capital transactions.
Recently, Alex has led on several major transactions, including advising repeat client Ares Management on the provision of senior secured credit facilities to The Ardonagh Group, and acting for funds managed by Pemberton Asset Management on the financing of Charterhouse Capital Partners’ acquisition of Two Circles. He also advised Barings as sole lender of secured credit facilities to support Further Global Capital Management portfolio company AA Ireland’s next phase of development.
