TJ Butler is an associate in the firm's Corporate Department and a member of the Finance Group.
TJ represents both borrowers and lenders in a variety of public and private finance transactions, including subscription-backed credit facilities, NAV-based facilities and asset-based middle market loan and other private credit portfolio financings. His practice also includes advising clients on bi-lateral loans, acquisition financings, asset-based financings, workouts and restructurings.
He earned his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and his B.A. from Northwestern University.
