Stephanie J. Kim is an associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions Group. Stephanie advises public and private companies in connection with domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, carve-out transactions, joint ventures, minority investments, and general corporate matters. Stephanie advises clients across a broad range of industries, including financial services, consumer retail, media, hospitality, real estate, healthcare and digital infrastructure.

In addition to her corporate practice, Stephanie engages in a variety of pro bono legal matters, including immigration matters for refugees and asylees and corporate matters for small business owners.

Stephanie earned her J.D. from New York University School of Law, where she served as the Co-Chair of the Asian-Pacific Allied Law Students Association.
