Stephanie Annunziata a partner in the Corporate Department and a member of the Private Funds Group and the Real Assets Group.

Stephanie counsels private equity fund sponsors across all facets of their business with a particular focus on the formation of private investment funds, co-investment funds and managed accounts and fund ownership and operational matters. Her fundraising experience spans the private equity asset class for sponsors, including strategies such as digital infrastructure, buyout, venture and growth capital, real estate, private credit, fund-of-funds and special situations.

Stephanie’s experience goes beyond traditional private fund formation matters to include a broad range of complex transactions including recapitalizations and reorganizations at the platform level and through GP-led deals, direct investments, co-investment arrangements and joint ventures. 

Stephanie has significant experience with a wide range of private investment firms and select clients include DigitalBridge, Bessemer Venture Partners, CF Private Equity and Lexington Partners.
