Stefan Paulovic is a partner in the Corporate Department and a member of the Private Funds Group.  He is one of the leading strategic and innovative advisors in the GP solutions space over the last decade across both the “sell-side” and “buy-side” and brings deep expertise and market knowledge in GP stakes and other complex asset management transactions (including control, preferred equity, joint venture, spin-out and seed deals).

Stefan also regularly counsels leading alternative asset firms and their founders and other senior executives on sponsor-level economic and governance arrangements (including succession planning and value creation initiatives) as well as a wide range of ordinary course and extraordinary corporate matters.

In addition, Stefan has represented high-profile private equity sponsors in portfolio company M&A transactions and the formation of their fund and other investment vehicles covering a wide spectrum of sectors, geographies and strategies, raising billions of dollars.
