Saulo advises clients on complex advisory, transactional and cross-border finance matters, bringing more than ten years of experience navigating multi-jurisdictional transactions and regulatory frameworks. He has extensive experience on capital markets, debt financings and debt restructurings, regularly representing clients in high-yield and investment grade debt offerings and liability management transactions, as well as on all types of debt financing transactions, spanning acquisition finance, asset-based lending, pre-export facilities, structured and commodity financings, and a wide range of secured and unsecured lending arrangements. Saulo also regularly advises foreign private issuers in connection with corporate governance, US securities laws and general corporate matters.
Fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish, Saulo combines trilingual communication skills with deep familiarity with cross-border transactions, especially in Latin America, where his strong knowledge of the region’s legal, business and cultural environment sets him apart.
