Ron Franklin is Co-Head of the Corporate & Fund Finance Group, leads the Firm’s market-leading fund finance practice and serves as a member of the Firm’s Executive Committee. He represents clients across a broad range of finance matters, including secured and unsecured lending transactions, domestic and cross-border acquisition financings, and the full spectrum of fund finance transactions. Ron also advises on complex restructurings and general corporate matters, providing strategic counsel to financial institutions, private equity sponsors, and corporate borrowers.
