Polly Bahl is the Firm’s Chief Practice Management Officer. In this role, Polly leads a global, firm-wide team of professionals with oversight of critical functions such as strategic planning, practice management, legal recruiting, professional resourcing, paralegals, and legal training and development. Working closely with department and practice group leaders, senior management, and across the broader business services team, Polly drives initiatives that ensure consistent excellence in client service, optimize resource allocation, and support attorney development across the Firm’s global platform.

Polly has more than 25 years’ experience in law firms. Prior to transitioning into operations roles, she was a private investment funds partner in a large European firm.  Her more recent experience includes serving as Chief Operating Officer at an investment fund specializing in legal assets investing.  Her broad expertise in operational strategy and financial management provides Polly with unique insights into the intersection of business and law, which now inform her approach to practice management.
