Philip Kaminski is a partner in the Corporate & Fund Finance Group whose practice focuses on secured finance transactions. He has experience acting for both lenders and borrowers on a wide range of financing transactions including acquisition financings, asset-based lending facilities, debtor-in-possession financings, out-of-court restructurings and other secured and unsecured lending transactions. His practice also includes working on different types of fund financings, including GP financings and NAV facilities. Philip’s representative clients include institutional investors, private equity sponsors as well as public companies.
