Peter specializes in structured finance and securitization, acting for sponsors across the full range of securitization asset classes. His expertise includes collateralized loan obligations (CLOs) and collateralized debt obligations (CDOs), lease receivables, trade receivables, non-performing loans (NPLs), covered bond transactions, and secured structured lending.
