Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, Patrick represents financial institutions, lenders and borrowers on complex and high-value financial transactions.
Patrick brings deep experience advising financial institutions, lenders and borrowers on a broad spectrum of financing transactions. His practice spans syndicated credit facilities, both leveraged and investment-grade, along with first and second lien structures, acquisition financings, recapitalizations and complex cross-border deals.
Patrick’s work focuses on healthcare, media, telecommunications, sports and entertainment, defense and aerospace, energy and industrial growth companies.

- Represented lead arranger, in connection with a $350 million term loan facility in favor of a publicly traded software as a service company.
- Represented the lead arranger and administrative agent in connection with $500 million in senior secured multicurrency credit facilities to a publicly held telecommunications company to finance the strategic acquisition of a middle eastern subsidiary.
- Represented the lead arranger and administrative agent in connection with $460 million and €125 million in senior secured multicurrency credit facilities to a publicly held aerospace and defense company.
- Represented the lead arranger and administrative agent in connection with $500 million senior term loan facility to a publicly held energy delivery company.
- Represented the lead arranger and administrative agent in connection with $700 million in multicurrency credit facilities to a major material manufacturer and its Luxembourg subsidiary.
