Patricia Lu is an associate in the Private Funds Group and a member of the firm's Private Capital industry group.

Patricia advises clients in the investment funds industry in all aspects of the fund life cycle including structuring, formation and marketing of private funds, with a focus on primary investments in private funds as well as a range of secondary transactions, including the purchase and sale of portfolios of private fund interests.
