Nicola Fish is an associate in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications practice group.
Nicola advises clients on intellectual property, technology, data protection, AI, and commercial matters. Nicola has experience acting on a range of transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, carve-outs, and commercial contracts. She also has experience advising on technology regulation.
Nicola earned an LLB from the University of Cape Town and a BCL (LLM) and Postgraduate Diploma in IP from the University of Oxford. Nicola also earned a BA in Political Science, Philosophy, and Economics and a BCom Honours in Economics from the University of Stellenbosch.
