Meghna Tiku is a Private Credit senior practice attorney and member of the Global Finance practice and Private Capital Team.

Meghna’s practice concentrates on leveraged and acquisition finance and Meghna represents a variety of clients with a particular focus on acting for alternative lenders and private credit funds in the direct lending market. She also works with private equity sponsors and corporates.

Meghna's extensive experience covers a wide range of types of financing (e.g., unitranche, first out/last out structures and other subordinated facilities and restructurings) in both the middle and upper markets in the UK as well as cross-border transactions.
