Martin Graham is a Private Equity M&A partner and a member of the Firm's Private Capital industry group.
Martin is experienced in all legal aspects of private equity (including special situations) transaction execution, including due diligence, negotiation of transaction terms, selection of legal counsel and managing legal fee budgets.
Martin also handles the design and implementation of tax-efficient acquisition structures and assists portfolio companies on the execution of complex legal transactions and projects, including large M&A deals, and major litigation and arbitration processes.
Prior to joining Proskauer, Martin served as deal team counsel at Oaktree Capital Management, specializing in the structuring and execution of private equity investment transactions and related financings, direct lending financing transactions, debt trading and restructuring transactions.
