Leo Licheri-Hood is an associate in the Private Funds Group and a member of the firm's Private Capital industry group.

Leo advises sponsors on the structuring, establishment, marketing, management and restructuring of investment fund products, including in relation to private equity, venture capital and real asset strategies. Leo also has experience advising on co-investments, GP-led secondary transactions and carried interest arrangements, and has advised a number of investors (including sovereign wealth investors) on their primary fund investments and secondary transactions.
