Kim Channick, a senior counsel in Proskauer's Litigation Department, has extensive experience with complex cases and high-stakes trials. She has represented clients across a wide range of industries, with an emphasis on mass torts and class action litigations, including cases related to consumer and specialty products, drugs and devices. Kim has represented both corporate defendants and individual plaintiffs in complex litigations, giving her a unique understanding of both sides’ strategies for winning.

Kim has participated in and led numerous jury trial teams to verdict in both state and federal courts. She has expertise in all aspects of trial strategy and preparation, from discovery to bellwether selection to closing arguments.
