John Daly is an associate in the Litigation Department and a member of the Patent Law Group.

John works with clients in life science and biotechnology to develop U.S. and global IP strategies. He has experience in preparing and prosecution patent portfolios, conducting IP diligence and freedom-to-operate analyses, and supporting business development and licensing negotiations across a range of technologies including antibodies, enzyme-replacement therapies, and cell and gene therapies.

Before law school, John worked as a scientist conducting research in gene therapy with a focus on the development of producer cell lines for the commercial manufacturing of recombinant adeno-associated viruses.
