Joe Bao is an associate in the Corporate Department, where he focuses on structured finance transactions. He represents fund managers, underwriters, investors, banks and issuers in various structured credit and fund finance products, including broadly syndicated and middle-market collateralized loan obligation transactions (CLOs), warehouse financing and structured term financing facilities.

Joe also has considerable experience in OTC and exchange-traded derivatives, asset-backed securities, and sovereign debt financing. He is passionate about fintech and founded a tech startup prior to joining Proskauer.
