Jesse Vreeken is a member of Proskauer’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group. Jesse represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in connection with a wide range of complex transactions, including domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, leveraged buyouts, carve-outs, recapitalizations and other equity investment transactions. He has extensive experience in distressed and special situations transactions, and also regularly counsels clients on general corporate and governance matters.
Jesse regularly advises clients across a wide array of industries, including sports, health care, pharmaceuticals, software/technology, consumer, leisure, chemicals and financial services.

- Represented a leading U.S. private equity fund in its take-private acquisition of an Australian-listed pharmaceutical company.
- Represented Avista Capital Partners in the sale of a significant stake of Cosette Pharmaceuticals, a pharmaceutical company intended for women in dermatology and allergy, to funds managed by Hamilton Lane.
- Represented Partners Group in connection with certain of its portfolio companies, including with add-on transactions, governance and related matters.
- Represented a leading U.S. contract manufacturer of and producer of baked foods, snacks, and nutrition bars, and a full-service provider of food packaging services in connection with its restructuring, including the global Restructuring Support Agreement (RSA) entered-into with its key stakeholders.
- Represented Avista Capital Partners in its acquisition of Taconic Biosciences, a provider of genetically engineered research models and related services, from H.I.G. Capital.

- Represented the senior lenders to My Alarm Company in Ch 11 equitization plan of reorganization and subsequent add-on acquisition of Alert360.
- Represented Monomoy Capital Partners in connection with its acquisition of Thetford Corporation, a global supplier of sanitation, refrigeration and cooking solutions for the RV and marine industries, headquartered in the Netherlands.
- Represented New Mountain Capital and its portfolio company Ciox Health in the merger of Ciox Health with Datavant, a developer of a healthcare data platform.
