Jenny Bowe is a Private Equity M&A associate and a member of the Firm's Private Capital industry group.

Jenny advises on acquisitions, disposals and investments with experience working on private M&A, leveraged buyouts, co-investments, reorganisations and portfolio company transactions. Jenny works with private equity houses, global corporations, asset managers and management teams in a range of sectors including finance and technology.  She gained valuable experience on secondment at AnaCap, working on European private equity and credit transactions.
