Jacob A. Weinberg is an associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Private Equity Transactions/Mergers & Acquisition Group. Jacob represents corporations, private equity sponsors, financial institutions, and professional sports leagues on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters.
Beyond his corporate practice, Jacob engages in a range of pro bono efforts and volunteer work, including advising small businesses, immigration and adoption assistance and serving as a mentor for elementary school students in NYC public schools through Read Ahead.
Jacob earned his J.D. from the UCLA School of Law, during which time he served as the President of the Sports Law Federation.
