Ian Ferguson is a partner in the Private Funds Group and a member of the Firm's Private Capital industry group.

Ian advises fund managers on fundraising matters across a wide range of asset classes and notably infrastructure, private equity and secondaries fund products. Ian also has experience advising on co-investments, secondary transactions and employee carry and co-invest schemes and has counseled a number of institutional investors on their primary investments.

Ian has completed a secondment at the offices of an institutional infrastructure fund manager, in their legal team, where he assisted them in various fund establishment and operational matters including investments by certain of their funds.
