Emin Moskofian is a Private Credit associate and member of the Global Finance practice and the firm's Private Capital industry group.

Emin’s practice is focused on UK, EU and cross-border leveraged acquisition finance transactions. Emin also has considerable experience acting on real estate financings, margin lending and corporate lending transactions.

Emin has represented financial institutions, private credit funds, private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers across a broad range of syndicated, unitranche, club, second-lien, mezzanine and PIK-debt financings in both middle-market and large-cap transactions.

Prior to joining Proskauer, Emin was an associate at A&O Shearman in London, where he went on international secondments to their offices in Madrid and Abu Dhabi. His previous career experience also included a secondment to a prominent global investment bank.
