Dylan Carty is an associate in the Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions Group and a member of the firm's Private Capital Industry Group.
Dylan advises a diversified mix of private equity sponsors, growth capital firms, global corporations, asset managers, and management teams across the full spectrum of strategic and complex corporate, private equity and growth capital work, including M&A, leveraged buyouts, co-investments, consortium transactions, joint ventures, minority and growth capital investments, and other alternative investments.
Dylan advises clients on domestic and cross-border transactions across a range of sectors, including sports, hospitality, technology and financial services.
Prior to joining Proskauer, Dylan gained valuable insight into the business and operational needs of private equity institutions as well as a broader understanding of how he, and Proskauer, can continue to provide pragmatic, and high-quality legal counsel, whilst seconded to Ares Management Corporation.
