Diana Ayoub is an associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Private Investment Funds (PIF) group. Her practice focuses on the formation, structuring, offering and management of private equity, infrastructure, energy, co-investment, real estate, debt, buyout, venture capital and hedge funds (both domestic and offshore), as well as advising and representing investment managers on regulatory, structuring and marketing issues. Diana also has experience advising and representing sponsors and general partners in separately managed accounts (SMAs) and secondary transactions.
Prior to joining Proskauer, Diana was an associate in the New York office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP as a member of the Private Funds group.
Diana earned a B.A. from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and a J.D. from University of Virginia School of Law.
