Debbie has experience in structuring and implementing comprehensive strategies for multiplying the Qualified Small Business Stock exclusion, domestic and offshore asset protection, dynastic planning and estate, gift, generation-skipping transfer and income tax minimization. 

Debbie is also a New York State licensed psychotherapist who, prior to entering the legal profession, ran a private psychotherapy practice in New York. Debbie's background allows her to bring a uniquely insightful and humanistic perspective to the planning process, which often involves complex interpersonal dynamics.
